One agency view, clear responsibility in every branch

Manage several travel agency branches without losing control

Tripaxa models branches as operating scopes, not as labels added after the fact. Users receive assigned branch access, operational records carry branch context, and owners can retain an agency-wide view.

How the branch model works

Owners and authorized managers can review the whole tenant workspace.

Expansion creates a visibility problem before it creates a software problem

Algiers, Oran, and Constantine may serve different customers and departures, but management still needs one reliable picture. Tripaxa separates daily responsibility while preserving consolidated oversight.

How the branch model works

  1. 1

    Agency-wide management

Owners and authorized managers can review the whole tenant workspace.

  2. 2

    Assigned branch access

Employees receive one or more branch scopes alongside their role permissions.

  3. 3

    Branch-owned operations

Customers, travelers, bookings, trips, visa files, tasks, and finance retain branch context.

  4. 4

    Shared agency resources

The supplier directory is shared, while supplier rates can carry optional branch scope.

More than a multi-branch checkbox

  • One or several branch assignments per user
  • Role permissions plus explicit user-level permission overrides
  • Branch filters for dashboards and operational directories
  • Branch context on customers, travelers, bookings, trips, visas, and tasks
  • Branch-level customer and supplier finance views
  • Active and archived branch administration

All-branches dashboard

Authorized managers can switch from consolidated activity to the branch scope they need to review.

Grow the structure without fragmenting the agency

01

Local focus

Branch teams see the records and work that belong to their assignments.

02

Management oversight

Owners can compare branches and inspect agency-wide operational and financial activity.

03

Shared standards

Roles, workflows, suppliers, and reporting remain part of one tenant instead of separate installations.

Multi-branch questions

One agency view, clear responsibility in every branch

Can one employee work in two branches?

Yes. A membership can carry several branch assignments, while its role and permission overrides still control allowed actions.

Are suppliers duplicated for every branch?

No. Suppliers are shared across the agency. Supplier rates may optionally be scoped to a branch when commercial terms differ.
