Terms of service
These terms form the agreement between Tripaxa and the agency that uses it. We have written them to be read, not skimmed: each commitment is stated as simply as we could make it.

The essentials
- Your agency’s data is hosted in Algeria, belongs to your agency and is never sold.
- The free trial requires no payment details. When it ends, your workspace becomes read-only until you subscribe.
- The price and billing period are confirmed to you before you pay, and you pay in advance.
- You can cancel at any time. Your workspace stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- After a subscription ends, you have 90 days to retrieve your data before it is deleted.
1. Who these terms bind
These terms are an agreement between Tripaxa, a platform developed by CCIMI, and the agency that creates a workspace (“the agency”, “you”).
Tripaxa is a professional tool. By creating a workspace, you confirm that you act on behalf of a travel agency and are authorized to accept these terms for it. The agency is responsible for how its users use the service.
2. What Tripaxa provides
Tripaxa is online software that helps agencies manage their customers and travelers, bookings, trips, visas, suppliers, finance and branches.
Tripaxa does not sell travel and is not a party to the contracts between the agency and its customers or suppliers. We do not hold or move the agency’s funds. The agency remains solely responsible for the services it sells and for the documents it issues.
3. Your workspace
Every new workspace is reviewed by our team before it opens. We may approve or decline a request; a declined request creates no obligation for either party.
The user who creates the workspace becomes its owner. The owner invites the other users, assigns their roles and branches, and ensures that access is withdrawn when someone leaves. Each user keeps their credentials confidential and tells us without delay about any unauthorized access.
4. Free trial
The free trial starts when your workspace is approved. Its length and included capacity are shown in your workspace. No payment details are required.
When the trial ends, the workspace becomes read-only until a subscription is activated. Your data stays available throughout.
5. Subscription, prices and payment
Before any payment, we confirm the price, what it includes and the billing period. The subscription is paid in advance for that period and renews for the same period unless it is cancelled.
You can pay by BaridiMob, CCP transfer, bank transfer or cash against a receipt. The subscription is active once we have recorded your payment. Your quote and invoice state any taxes that apply.
Additional capacity takes effect once approved and is charged pro rata for the remainder of the current period. A reduction, or a change of billing period, takes effect at the next renewal. A credit on your account is deducted from future invoices; it cannot be converted into cash.
We may change our prices for future periods. We will tell you at least 30 days before a change applies, and it never affects a period you have already paid for.
6. Late payment
If a renewal is not paid on the due date, a grace period begins during which the workspace keeps working normally. If payment is still missing at the end of the grace period, the workspace becomes read-only: your team can still view and export its data but can no longer record new operations.
A late payment alone never leads to your data being deleted. Full access returns as soon as the payment is recorded.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by writing to our support team. Cancellation stops the next renewal: your workspace remains fully usable until the end of the period already paid.
Amounts paid for the current period, including prepaid multi-month periods, are not refunded.
We may end the subscription for non-payment after the grace period and a written reminder, or immediately in the event of a serious breach of these terms, such as fraud, unlawful use or an attack on the service.
8. Your agency’s data
The data your agency records in Tripaxa belongs to it. The agency, as controller, is responsible for collecting it lawfully, informing the people concerned and obtaining the consents and authorizations that the law requires. This applies in particular to sensitive data, such as passport details or Umrah and Hajj files, which may reveal religious beliefs.
As processor, Tripaxa undertakes to:
- process this data only to provide the service and according to the agency’s instructions;
- host it in Algeria and not transfer it abroad;
- restrict access to the people who need it and bind them to confidentiality;
- protect it with appropriate technical and organizational measures;
- help the agency respond to requests from the people concerned;
- inform the agency without delay of any incident affecting its data;
- delete it at the end of the subscription, as described below.
9. When the subscription ends
When a subscription ends, for whatever reason, the workspace remains available read-only for 90 days. During this time, you can export your invoices, supplier bills and trip documents, and ask our support team to help you retrieve other records.
After 90 days, we delete the workspace data. Copies kept in backups disappear as backups are renewed. You can ask us in writing to delete your data sooner.
10. Acceptable use
To keep Tripaxa reliable and safe for every agency, you agree not to:
- use the service for any unlawful purpose or to process data you have no right to hold;
- try to access another agency’s data or to bypass security measures;
- test the service’s security or load, extract its data automatically, copy or reverse-engineer it without our written consent;
- share an account between several people: each user needs their own;
- resell or provide access to the service to third parties without our agreement.
11. Availability and support
We do our utmost to keep Tripaxa available, fast and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Whenever possible, we schedule maintenance outside working hours and announce planned interruptions in advance.
Our support team answers at the addresses at the end of this page and through the “Feedback and support” page of your workspace.
12. Intellectual property
The software, its design, its content and its documentation are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of their right holders. The subscription gives the agency a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Tripaxa for its own business, for the duration of the subscription.
The agency keeps all rights to its data. Suggestions you send us may be used freely to improve the service.
13. Liability
We commit to providing the service with care and diligence. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost revenue, lost customers or damage to reputation, nor for the consequences of inaccurate data entered by the agency or of decisions it takes on the basis of the service.
Where our liability is established, it is limited to the amounts the agency paid for the service during the 12 months preceding the event. This limit does not apply where Algerian law prohibits it, in particular in cases of fraud or gross negligence.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. For any significant change, we will inform workspace owners at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not accept the new terms, you can cancel before that date; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Algerian law. In the event of a disagreement, we will first seek an amicable solution; write to us and we will reply within 30 days. Failing an agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent Algerian courts.
