How is the monthly subscription price calculated?
Tripaxa starts at DZD 2,900 per month for one branch and three users. Add DZD 2,000 for each extra branch and DZD 300 for each extra user. For two branches and four users, the monthly amount is DZD 5,200.
When does a branch or user change affect billing?
A capacity increase takes effect after Tripaxa approves the request. During a paid period, the additional amount is prorated for the time remaining. Reductions and billing-period changes take effect at the next renewal.
Are operational limits paid add-ons?
No. Limits for records such as customers, travelers, bookings, and visas are separate operational review signals. Reaching a threshold does not immediately block new work or add a charge.
Is a payment card required for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial starts when Tripaxa approves the workspace with capacity for two branches and five users, and no payment card is required.
What happens when the trial ends?
The workspace becomes read-only for operational changes. Users can still sign in, view retained data, access settings and billing, and choose the next subscription step.
